Security
This policy explains warehouse packing controls, unboxing evidence, and the claims process for tampering, shortage, or empty-box reports.
Last updated: July 2026
Customers should inspect the parcel and security seal before accepting delivery. Where a parcel appears opened, damaged, re-sealed, or tampered with, the customer should refuse delivery and preserve photographs or video evidence.
Customers should record one continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning before the security tape is cut and continuing until all contents are visible. Failure to provide usable video evidence may materially limit claim verification.
Where a claim appears false, altered, or inconsistent with available evidence, the Company may investigate the matter, suspend the relevant account, or provide evidence to a payment provider, courier, insurer, or competent authority.
