These terms govern retail purchases, wholesale and business orders, Partner subscriptions, payment processing, account access, and website use within Pakistan.

By creating an account, submitting an order, requesting a wholesale quotation, or purchasing a Partner subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
The retail checkout channel applies to publicly listed products for delivery within Pakistan. The maximum item value for a single automated card or wallet checkout is PKR 150,000. Where the cart value exceeds that amount, the automated payment interface is removed and the customer is routed to the official settlement desk.
Wholesale, institutional, and business orders over PKR 150,000 cannot be completed through the standard automated gateway. Payment must be made through the Company’s verified bank account using bank transfer or IBFT. Product allocation, shipping, and release occur only after full payment clearance.
The Partner tier provides access to commercial pricing tools, priority-stock functions, and priority dispatch features. The subscription prices are Six-Month Partner Plan: PKR 25,000 and One-Year Partner Plan: PKR 45,000.
A Partner subscriber receives a seven-calendar-day technical evaluation period. A voluntary refund may be requested within that period only where no orders, wholesale purchases, inventory reservations, or chargeable Partner actions have occurred. Once qualifying commercial use begins, the subscription becomes non-refundable as payment for an accessed service, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Approved refunds are returned only to the same payment source used for the original transaction. After processing, settlement may take approximately 3 to 5 banking business days. Customers may contact billing@aapex78.com or +923255627627 with the order number, payment reference, and supporting evidence.
A Partner account may be tied to a single authorized device profile. Customers must not share, lease, sell, or transfer the subscription across unrelated businesses or unauthorized users. Where unauthorized sharing is detected, access may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.
