Fulfillment and Shipping Infrastructure

Retail flow

• Payment is confirmed through the online gateway.
• Orders enter the warehouse packing queue.
• Orders are handed to an authorized courier after packing.
• Typical retail processing is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is ordinarily 2 to 5 business days after handover.

Wholesale flow

• Orders over PKR 150,000 are routed to manual settlement.
• The order remains locked until 100% of the invoice amount clears into the verified corporate bank account.
• After clearance, the consignment is transferred to commercial cargo or dedicated transport.

Partner flow

• Active Partner subscriptions receive priority dispatch treatment.
• Partner orders are prioritized in the processing queue but still remain subject to stock confirmation, payment verification, fraud screening, and courier limitations.
